Annecdotal Notes re Fireworks & SDSM Obsvertory Funders
As early as QIN DYNASTY (221 BC - 206 BC): In 211 BC, during building the Great Wall of China, signal towers were designed at strategic points to warn the army behind the wall of any intrusion by the enemy forces. Smoke signals were used during the day and bonfires at night. It is believed that saltpeter (potassium nitrate), the main ingredient in black gunpowder, was added to the firewood.
When aEmily YueXin's husband and aEmily YueXin were alimni friends rescuing humanity together with high nun ShiXing in 1988 & 1989 later joined by their children. He was excitedly calling aEmily YueXi from his business trip back in airport on July 4th,1989 to wait at East River near FDA so we could watch fireworks !
(2025 "July 4th fireworks" is after sundown of Shabbat.)
Also on New Year Emily YueXin Miller's husband used to love taking their two children to fireworks ...
When their children visiting their Mandarin Grandparents for the first time, their Uncle SanXin & LuXin also got them lots of fireworks.
In YueXin's growing up she set to be always the first to start on time at 12:00am midnight to ignite fireworks for the New Year, she & her siblings grow up together always had lots of fun together with fire works to scare away evil spirits even in the worst time of mobs revolution in 1966 to 1976.
It's no coincidence that aEmily YueXin Miller was uniquely invited back in 1991 to help America and to best represent America and American communities.

Yesterday I visited the Haulocaust Remembrance Event, I was thoroughly saddened and was in a saddened state of mind 🥺 ...
Today the weather was so warm, I didn't even need a sweater, nor a casual blazer, due to the change of season. In a hurry on my way out. I happened to pull out a school shirt of one of the grad-schools that I attended about 37-36 yrs ago.
On my way back, I happened to have passed this little road connection Church street and Broadway, shown in the pictures with a few small light arches over my head. That small portion of the road with light arch-decor reminded me of my childhood time during holiday seasons. it's called huaihai road where my brother and I used to carry our little square folding benches to watch fireworks under the tree lit arches on the wide street of huaihai road every year... Of course, the big long street with the light arch decor in my childhood was/is much higher and wilder, it's called huaihai road.
My mind unintentionally got switched into a different state of mind of REMEMBRANCE. It's the memories of attendance of my graduate schools in New York 🤓, and on my way back, accidentally hit on a docrates side route which reminded me of happy moments in my childhood time 🤓🤓🤓
I tried to take a selfie but my arms are not long for a head to toe picture, a senior offered to take pictures for me. Later she told me her name is also Sheila ...
