As a leader uniquely invited back in 1990-91, aEmily as a long term resident of Manhattan for over 38 years, works with programs for the well-being of our civilians and New Yorkers of all 5 boroughs for decades.

A calling to Help USA since 1988

In 1990-91, aEmily YueXin Miller received a unique and unprecedented invitation to return and assist America and its communities. That's after her graciously declined a green card granted in 1989 by the respectable enough President George H.W. Bush, demonstrating her profound dedication to the nation. Over the past 38 years, aEmily YueXin Miller has consistently channeled her efforts into achieving significant advancements for America. Her actions are consistently driven by a deep-seated commitment to the country's well-being, with no personal gain in mind.

A journey forged in resilience

aEmily YueXin Miller's story is one of remarkable resilience and an unwavering spirit. Born into circumstances that could have easily defined limitations, she exercises diligence. Despite a childhood marked by hardship, aEmily YueXin Miller emerged as an outstanding, kind, and peaceful soul. Her ability to navigate a challenging upbringing and excel within a system without much choices at all.  The deprivation of education from 1966 to 1976 to sudden pressure of societal need for education excellence led to post revolution's compulsory rigorous exams after 1978. She got admitted to university in the ratio of 4 out of 140 graduate from high schools. Later she was appointed as faculty after rigorous exams and have incubated numerous successful initiatives to help recover from the damages caused by the mobs and "gang of four". She is a testament to her inner strength.

Later she was further accept by over 40 graduate schools in America, and successfully completed her metriculation to return home. She was unprecedentedly and uniquely invited back to continue help America. 26years out of 38 years of her work is totally phylanthropic totally out of her own time money resources and efforts.

She has dedicated her youth to serving those in need, including babies, the disabled, and the elderly, offering her help and support America communities free of charges. Her commitment extends to supporting her peers, particularly those helpless, elderly, and dependently new to communities, demonstrating an innate desire to uplift and empower others since her age 7 being dispatched by her mother to helping elderly who lost vision to write family letters, etc in time of extreme personal and societal difficulties. 

When invited back in 1990-91 as a college teacher from old civilization to help America and it's communities, she not only helped to changed the core urban new York City public education, but also was the first leader who  changed American attitude towards the Elderly. 30-40 years ago, NYC public schools were largely depots of weapon & drug without proper standards for reference. aEmily is proud that current public education in the last 20 years emerged to be safe haven for families with children with proper curricula.  30-40 years ago yielding chairs to elderly was dispised as an acted of alien from different planet. But today social trend in the area is no longer the same. 

"The most pressing issues facing our communities are multifaceted. They include crises ranging from economical inflation, education disparity;  essential services accessibilities. My plan involves targeted policies designed to stimulate local economies, improve healthcare accessibility, increase school liberties; encourage investment that supports sustainable growth. Resolving affordability of housing through supporting initiatives that create jobs ! “
